Hi everyone. I haven't been able to jump on here lately as much as I would like, but I continue to see so much support for one another in this community. You guys are amazing!
Just wanted to send along an update. I had my 2.5 year post-treatment check-up (CT Scan) recently, and met with my oncologist yesterday. I'm so thankful to relay that my results are good, and I am still in remission!!! This was an early birthday present, as I turn 47 next weekend!!
I know this treatment is hard, it's really difficult. Life hasn't been super easy since finishing chemoradiation 2.5 years ago. But, we keep going and we keep fighting!
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!! ~Tara
Hi Tara
Good to hear from you and how well you are.
My oncologist told me that once I got to two years I was pretty safe so fingers crossed

Hi Tara I'm doing fine thanks, just trying to survive the winter storms and rain. Hope you had a lovely birthday.
Ray.
Hi Tara. I'm doing fine thanks for asking. 4 years since my last op and I'm full steam ahead. Enjoying life albeit in a slightly altered form but still a good life. I'm off on a cruise at the end of May. My first one so looking forward to it. Bit apprehensive about the eating part of it but nothing ventured nothing gained. Got to love a new experience.
Best wishes to you
Lyn
