Hi I did I paid privately. I noticed saliva appeared after first session not a huge amount but I think it kickstarted mine. I had needles in top of head and on pressure point s on my hands from memory I seem to think k a few in my tummy are it was 7.5 years ago.

I must say I was horrified when I saw all those needles in you. Thankfully when I went I got Auricular ( means ear) acupuncture with needles in my ears which were painless and one in each finger which did hurt!

Yes that’s what I had. 
The beauty of Auricular acupuncture is you can teach lay people where the points are without expecting them to “feel” for them which takes skill and study 

Thjnk I was a guinea pig for her but if you look closely I’ve got them in my ear area as well. 
whatever she did it kick started my saliva so was worth it. The fingers did hurt a bit but the others didn’t. 
it’s worth a try  doesn’t work for everyone  but it did for me
