Hello just looking for some advice. I was diagnosed with stage 3 tongue cancer April 2024. I had hemi glossectomy April 2024 neck dissection and as 2 lymph nodes contained cancer cells i had, radiotherapy finished July 2024.
Last few days I've had a hard lump form under my chin. (Like on the bone) Anyone had any similarities? Does your bone structure change after RT on jawline? Hoping it's not anything sinister and something common. Thank you
My advice is that if you notice something new that persists longer than three weeks the best thing would be to get your team to look at it. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.
