I don't use the NHS app they said I could attach the letter to the email they sent me but I don't know how to do that I see my cancer nurse on Monday cause she's helping me fill in a form I will ask her if she could do it for me as am not very good at working tech like computers or phones am sure I will be fine thanks 

Hi Danzig. Technology can be a real problem can't it. I sometimes have to ask my daughter how to do some things as I just can't figure it out. I am always learning and keep a notebook with the instructions in it after she has shown me so I can do it again. There is also help at my local library with managing technology. Is there anything like that where you live that you could access if necessary?
