I turned up last Monday only to find out they'd tried to call me the week before to cancel treatment until the Wed. No message left or follow up call made.
I declined the Wed start as my hubby only has Mondays to come with me so tomorrow's the day.
They have called to confirm that. I will be very pissed if that's not the case
