Removal? Depends on the staging, if caught early enough op may be the only treatment needed, stoma preparation may be required, standard procedure. Chemotherapy may be an option if later stage cancer. Timing depends on fitness for procedure, oncology will advise.

Thank you ! waiting on conolscopy/biopsy to see what stage,  they wouldn't give him chemo it  was ruled out for the throat cancer as he's a kidney transplant patient ,so I'm not sure it would be an tion ,stoma bag would be impossible to manage as he blind too
