I took codeine, paracetamol ibuprofen and gabapentin after my neck surgery. I didn’t need pain relief beyond paracetamol during radiotherapy and, of course the Difflam and Gelclair for the ulceration towards the end of treatment. I understand though that this is quite unusual.
