My oncologist keeps telling me I am fit and healthy
however I feel this is all about to change
finding it hard to switch off
fearing I’m never going to ever be well again

It's the best way to be before starting treatment. Most of us here were before we started and eventually when we finished.
fearing I’m never going to ever be well again
We all do when we feel really down but we do get better
You don't start treatment till March if I recall? Time to get even fitter. See if your hospital offers Prehab. Many do

As long as you are happy with an NG when you can't swallow

If I were you I would talk to your GP about getting somebody in to help with your husband's care. You aren't going to be able to manage towards the end of treatment anyway.

So you reckon last week I will be very poorly
how on earth will I make the radiotherapy treatment
Why don’t you think I will manage
I meant looking after your husband...but then I don't know how much care he needs so I apologise.
