Hey,

I’m still waiting on diagnosis but have an urgent referral appointment this Thursday.

Sore throat and pain seems a lot better today however I still have a constant blocked ears with pain.

I’m 30 with a 1 year old and I’m really worried what the outcome may be from my appointment.

I try to vent/waffle to my partner but he’s holding down the fort at the minute and says everything to make me not worry.

  • It’s a hard time, the waiting. Just try to keep busy doing something g to eat up the time.
Take your partner in with you for your appointment and take a notebook and pen. Don’t leave until everything is explained so that you understand.
    Good luck

    Hi Koursaris

All the worst scenarios take over, try to focus on the positives, things have improved for you, the vast majority of issues are not cancer ...stay away from Google.

Take care and best of luck

  • Good evening, Koursaris. A lot of things can go through your mind at the moment. I just kept myself busy and tried to avoid thinking about it all. As Dani said, get your partner involved so you can share the worries or concerns. It's great that your partner is thinking on the positive side. Good luck with your appointment on Thursday. Take care.
