Hi. Have you had a chance to ring the support line. Speaking to somebody there would help. 
I have said that asymmetry is a description of anatomy. It’s not a diagnosis or a disease or a cancer, please believe me. I’m trying to help. 
Your biopsy is tomorrow. The surgeon will have some answers then. Make sure you ask and don’t leave till you understand. 

I rang them yes they helpee a little not on line today

Your surgeon should look in to see you before the biopsy

I've looked at your previous posts  and here are some of the questions you asked us

Why is my tongue asymmetrical?

Is there a cyst on the back of my tongue?

What did the CT show?

What area is being biopsied?

Is cancer suspected?

If not is the biopsy being done to rule it out?

When will I get the results of the biopsy

Are you getting an anaesthetic?

No its a local anesthetic not sure the wisest of choices lol 

Don’t forget those questions.

Yes. Ask before he starts. Don't leave till you have answers. I'm afraid there are just times when you have to put your foot down. Good luck for today
