Hi Everyone, I'm now 13 weeks post RT and I'm getting night  sweats. Very similar to before I was diagnosed with base of tounge cancer. Should I be concerned about this? Anyone else had the same?

  • Hi Rich

Night sweats did happen with me, disappeared after a while, made life uncomfortable for a time....I just put it down to morphine usage and withdrawal

  • I had daytime sweats whenever I did even small tasks like towelling off after a shower. Then I'd get ice cold. Very uncomfortable. It doesn't happen now. I also think it was the strong painkillers I was using. It stopped gradually after I was off everything, but took a while. I feel for you, it was a horrible time!

  • I too had them, but they have long gone now.  Like Dani I think it was aligned with the opioids I was taking at that time.
