Hi everyone, please can anyone recommend a humidifier to buy to help overnight with the dry mouth. I’ve not started RT yet but am trying to be a bit prepared. I've looked on Amazon and the choice is overwhelming.
thank you
Jane
Hi. I did buy one after reading in here but to be truthful I think it’s a bit of a placebo effect. It was a waste of money for me. To help with dry mouth you need something as moist as a hot bath in a small bathroom.
I almost bought a nebuliser for day time but found relief by steaming my head over hot water with a towel draped over my face
I loved my bath though, I fell asleep in it a few times
Only my thoughts though.
