Hi Day 1 of the Swallows head and neck conference in Sheffield. It was indeed a great day full of positive stories and information about head and neck cancer. I really enjoyed all the talks and chatd to lovely people who had gone through similar treatments. Still doesn't feel real some days how 2024 started for me. But I have got to now with determination and hard work and have come a long way. Hoping 2025 brings better days. Looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow xx
