Hi Spider3 welcome to the forum. I wonder if it may be worth giving Macmillan a call and see if they can point you in the right direction for this. 08088080000.

They are not expensive on Amazon. Any will do.  Hospitals used to give them away but that is no longer the case 

I got mine from Amazon.  It is not hand held, but I did used to pack it in my suitcase when I stopped overnight at a hotel during treatment so not too much of an issue.
