Vaccines

Covid wasn’t around when I started treatment but I have always had the flu one. 
I have had Covid jabs since though and Covid twice but I wasn’t ill. 

If you’ve had them then I would advise you to top up.

Remind me? Are you having chemo? ( putting a potted history in your profile would help here) 

I would ask about that re chemo but with RT I don’t think it would have any side effects. RT doesn’t do much for the first two weeks anyway.

2 chemo and 35 RT , I wouldn't know where to start about putting a history on here? Maybe you could explain , how to ?

Phone your CNS this afternoon and ask if the jabs are in order but both are not live vaccines and I’m sure it’s better you don’t get flu or Covid during treatment 

I've called my CNS but she's on call at moment ,I've provisionally booked the jabs for Tuesday .

I edited my post while you replied. Both jabs are inactivated vaccines so safe. I’d go for it. If you get covid or flu during treatment they might have to pause it.
