Can anyone help understanding this report please. It says no invasive malignancy but could it mean local cancer?

RIGHT NASAL SEPTAL LESION

' CLINICAL DETAILS

MACROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION

Piece of soft tissue measuring 12x9x3mm.

HISTOLOGY

These are fragments of nasal mucosa with a squamo-proliferative lesion arranged in complex and broad papillary fronds lined by stratified squamous epithelium with fibro-vascular cores. There are scattered mucus cells and intraepithelial neutrophils. The lesion is predominantly exophytic with focal inverted growth having pushing borders and adjacent stroma shows lymphocytic inflammation. Basal mitosis seen. Examined at 4 levels.

•Overall features are in keeping with Combined Exo-endophytic Sino-nasal papilloma with focal inverted growth.
