Showering (hair) post-op with staples in the neck

Hey guys

I appreciate the warm welcome and all your supportive responses xxx

Just a question.........how can I wash my hair without getting the wound wet. I have been looking on Amazon for some waterproof plasters but not sure what will be best. I actually smell of hospital and have gunk in my hair from the operation.

Any suggestions or top tips?

Hi Dawn

Living by yourself does make it a bit harder. However it should still work O.K. by putting your head over the hand basin and wetting and shampooing using a cup from the water in the hand basin.
