hi, I'd just like to get a couple of things straight before treatment..
according to to an NHS caresheet and info from Flamigel website. Flamigel RT doesn't need to washed off before treatment, but not to be applied 30 mins before treatment.. so I guess I should be ok to apply before my trip to the hospital.

Also, after treatment is there anywhere to go wash and cream the treated area, or is it a case of suck it up 'til you get home?
cheers.
How wonderful to hear from you again. I hope all is well, that you had a grand Christmas and are looking forward to a brand New Year.
