I had my last check up today, it's hard to believe this all started 5 years ago. I have had my ups and downs along the way. To those who are starting out, having treatment or recovering, hang in there, you will get there in the end. Although at times it does feel like 1 step forward and 2 back. with time it does and will get better.
I am so grateful to the team who cared for me so well, also for our wonderful NHS.
Regards to all Ray.
Well done xx

Always lovely to hear from you Ray and your input into this group during the last five years , as you say you have had your ups and downs but your positive attitude shows in many of your posts. I remember when you first started off so it's brilliant to hear this news as five is the target we all aim for. Congratulations and thanks for this encouraging post. All the best.
Chris
