Hi all. I've spent the last month reducing 4 different pain meds and patch to just Paracetamol a couple of times a day. I still have a dull pain in the treated area, tongue stretch and throat but not significant. Is this normal considering the withdrawal of the meds. Thank you
Hi Carran,
Sorry for the slow response. So good to get off the meds once you can isn't it? . I'm only a few months further along the path from you and still ache at times. My neck feels a bit bruised, but not all the time. I can tell if I forget my exercises. Swallowing fine just achy stiffness. Tongue stretches more comfortable now, so long as I do them daily.
Hope everything else coming on well for you.
