Hi everyone. I have been reading about the possible benefits of gargling with curcumin/turmeric to help prevent mucositis during my treatment.  My consultant says it’s ok to try if I want to.  Has anyone else tried this?

  • Hi Lizzie, i have had heard Tumeric has good health benefits and can be taken as a supplement, its a bit like garlic can help with toothache so it would not surprise me if using curcumin/turmeric could help with mucus, lets hope it does work for you as we all know the struggles with mucus. Good luck, take care.
