I'M wondering if anyone have serious dehydration issues as i do plus shortness of breath and mobility issues after getting immunotherapy treatment...
I haven’t had immunotherapy but all the things you list are common side effects. Could you tell your consultant as soon as you can? There might be something that can be done. When are you next being seen?

Thank you very much for your response....I have a scheduled consultation in 4 weeks... They are planning to get me on a clinical trial but haven't finalized it..One of major issues is mucus...Whenever i eat, mucus always mixes with what i eat and causes a bad eating experience...Also, when i go to sleep , i have to sleep on my left side because whenever i sleep on my right side i become severely dehydrated... Sometimes i drink as much as half a gallon of water before going o bed but that doesn't help..My consultant has never heard of this condition and is investigating it for me...
Dehydrated on your left side? Are you sleeping with your mouth open?

Hi
I felt I was drowning in mucous for 2-3 weeks post radiotherapy. I ended up getting a nasal douche kit. Not pleasant but nicer than being sick because of the mucous. I only needed to use it twice, but it did the trick!
Maybe worth a try?
Hope you find something that helps.
