Scared of part of my treatment

I start my treatment next Monday.  Radiotherapy 5 days a week for 6 weeks.  I’m cool with that.  It’s the chemotherapy. Every Wednesday for 6 hours for 6 weeks.  I really worry about the cannula and how I will cope. I know I have to do it but so scared. 

any tips would be appreciated!

  • Good luck with your treatment. All I can say is, I hated the cannula as needles make my skin crawl but, once it is in, you will forget all about it. Take a good book to entertain your mind and you will be just fine.
