Waiting

Hi,

The waiting around for results is tough but everything that he is having done, endoscopy, CT, PET are essential tests for the medical team to know exactly what they are dealing with and determine the best course of action. It is possible that he may also have to have a laparoscopy to look inside the abdominal cavity. I did. Once these tests have been done and you know the results, then you can focus on the treatment pathway. Good luck to you both.

I'm the same Hun,my pet scan was Friday a tumour was found and now it's the wait,Im terrified,sad,angry and just want to know I'll be ok x

My dad has the scan on Tuesday after endoscopy and biopsy show cancer he is well in himself no heartburn or sick just struggle to swallow .. how are you feeling ? I’m praying good news for you this is all so scary isn’t it xxx

Sounds a bit like me,food just hitting a brick wall,no heartburn,and fine in myself,I just want to know I'll get thru this and then I can start to fight it,get some fortisip from a nutritional nurse at hospital 

. he must keep his strength up xx

Ruthy have you heard anything we have heard that my dads tumour is 7cm there is a lesion on his liver now he has to have a mri and ct scan im so scared the nurse did say this could be something and nothing however it has to be checked but this is like living hell .. how are you feeling ? X
