Hi I had esophageal cancer 11 years ago, had open Ivor Lewis surgery and post op complicaitons, I still have dumping syndrome and deal with that, so am very expereinced with that and feel like, in this area in particular, I can impart some very helpful knowledge. I had chemo too I dont call my dumping syndrome that as I think it obscures what is actually going on. I call mine reactive hypoglycemia and the medical term I believe is post pandrial hypoglycemia It occurred to me to join as Im on here currently with breast cancer (caught early)
Hi Barbs
Thank you so much for joining, your experience will be a great advantage for others .
I am sorry to read of the breast cancer but pleased to read that it was caught early and hopefully they will be able to treat this and remove any signs going forwards.
Wishing you the best of luck with that, and thanks again
