Hello, my mother has recently been diagnosed with barrels esophagus where they've discovered some cells and she requires some severe surgery to remove. Just trying to process this as even typing the word cancer is difficult.
You're in the right place Jon. I didn't say cancer for a few weeks when mum was diagnosed. Try to thought, I feel it's some kind of self therapy. You're doing well coming here and saying hello.
Well mum's slightly shocked but we're all confident and laughing that it should of been alziemes and its been caught early. The severity of the op is what will knock us and then reality will hit.
