Anxious about symptoms

Hi everyone., just after a bit of advice.A few weeks ago I saw my GP with a persistant dry cough. She did all the usual checks but couldn't find anything wrong. Since then I've developed a burning sensation in my sternum, have lost weight and have discomfort whilst and after swallowing. I saw another GP who thinks I may have an inflamed oesophagus so he prescribed some tablets. He said if it didn't improve he would do a test for H Pylori. I've suffered with acid reflux for some time and take Esomeprazole. I've never smoked and am not a heavy drinker. I had an endoscopy about 3 years ago which was clear but am very worried about my current symptoms. I also had a friend who passed away a few years ago from oesophageal cancer. Last July I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer but it was treated with a hysterectomy and brachytherapy. A recent pelvic and abdominal MRI showed no evidence of disease. So the last year or so has been rather stressful to say the least!
