I have history of breast cancer and found macmillan and forums useful. I am now caring for 89 year old dad with recently diagnosed advanced oesophageal cancer. I'm not ready to share or ask specific questions. I've joined to learn from the experience of others.
Hello HPT
I am glad you found Macmillan supportive during your breast cancer treatment.
I am sorry to see that your Dad has been recently diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and I hope that by joining the forum you will find it helpful to learn about the experiences of others. It is absolutely fine that you are not ready to share or ask questions. I was very much like yourself when I first joined a forum on here.
I don't know whether it is something that would help but we do have a forum for carers on here. I will pop a link below.

Hope this helps a bit
