time run out

oesophageal husband had 4 rounds of chemo 2 mri 2 cameras up bum 2 in belly x-rays mri you name had it , went through 4 rounds chemo suffered usual systems but manage to keep so what well lost 4 stone in weight all this time finally got a call he can have op they would remove his hernia if they could or leave it at a later date , HORROR they found on hernia mass of they dont know took bio removed what they could of it as behind bowel so we so angry and scared as now he still got tumour in and we facing god knows what now and then they said as for moving tumour they dont need to go through the front chest just the back now as very small he had stage 3 so worried all the time on chemo if left to long it could spread risk he got none near his heart or lungs they in good condition just scared JUST angry why was it not seen when we had meeting with surgeon he ask about it as he had seen it on mri scan why didn't any one else !!! but each time he kept saying no i had no problems with going all through the chemo or before one area he had no problems ,so not in a good place until we get results in and see more doctors to find out what's next as a hernia op takes time to recover from how hell are we stop cancer spreading as he still got 2 chemo's to do after op so worried  

Such sad news. I don't know what to say. I'm sure he will be kept comfortable. You should be seeking some help for yourself.
