I fully understand that you would have lots of questions, and I hope you will take the opportunity to call Macmillan, and also your oncologist/cancer team who should be able to give you some further information and answer some of your questions.
As you have already had experience with cancer previously, I wonder if you were able to claim the appropriate benefits? Have a look into these again as this may help the financial side of things a little.
