Prostate cancer dealt with, bowel cancer dealt with but now oesophageal cancer which he & I can't deal with. Chemo but that is just buying him time - how on earth do we deal with this? He is being really horrible which I think is the chemo tablets he has to take at home between the chemo infusions - he is so strong normally but is disappearing in front of me & won't deal with the practical things when he has a good day! Help & advice please
