afternoon was just checking whats left of the state of my stomach and chest, belly button is bit of a mess, just having a little poke about and can now feel a hard lump size of a pea that was not there before, after effect of laparoscopy possibly? didnt feel very nice, not sure if i am being paranoid, worth a call to the specialist nurses?
just had 20th radiotherapy to oesophagus, stupidly feeling really tired, exhausted and emotional, husband has no idea what the hell is going on, as is i,
i know its the weekend but apart from not having to get up at silly o clock for treatment dreading the weekend, highlight 10 hours attached to the feed pump and i still lost 1lb today which i cant afford. not sure whats changed but managed a biscuit dunked in a cup of tea, tumour shrunk maybe, will see what the oncologist says next thursday.
thank you all again jules
Hi Jules/w1cky
No you're not being paranoid and giving your cancer nurse specialist a call to put your mind at rest might be a good idea.
I'm not a member of this group but hopefully some of the group members will pop on soon to share their experience after surgery with you.
thank you, think you are right after a 2nd cancer back in 4 months, not going to risk it, have left a message, maybe some one will come and see me when i am in chemo tomorrow, thank you for your reassurance
jules
