What to wear while in hospital

Really sorry to hear your news Mum247, time to refocus though now on the treatment and moving forward I am also stage 4 the Doctors told me I am incurable. However since starting treatment I feel a lot better and my symptoms are improving every day. Hopefully future scans will reflect upon how I am feeling and that will change. So many people have been told they are inoperable and with treatment that has changed. Treatment has progressed so much in recent years. Believe in the doctors, focus on getting the right nutrition and be positive whilst enjoying life for what it is.

I think the waiting and uncertainty amplify the feeling of hopelessness . Hopefully we will hear soon what his treatment plan will be and can prepare and focus x

The waiting is frustrating, but the specialists will be doing tests on your tumour to ensure they set up the right treatment plan. Things are moving in the background even if it feels like forever for you. Do update us when you know the plan so others can share their experiences to help you prepare :)

Hi Dave, my husband goes in on the 13th all being well, all his pjs are crew neck & we wondered today if this was still possible after surgery? Glad you’ve recovered well xx

Just after operation you wear the gowns provided then once the tubes start coming out they should be fine. Don't forget slippers and good luck.
