How do you all cope? My mental health is really suffering, I just feel so heartbroken that I can't spend time with my dad, in what will be very possibly his last few months with us. I am so upset , i just keep crying, and I feel so down.
Hi , it's tough, but many of us have been around cancer for a long time and to a certain extent, you toughen up, but it's very up and down and a lot of us carers are, or have been, on anti-depressants. I know the pain and anguish and would urge you to talk to someone, either the helpline, 0808 808 0000 or your GP, but talk you must to avoid going down any further. Please call the helpline now. Don't wait.
Love and hugs,
LoobyLou

Thank you Looby, I will do that. My best mate suggested that I just go down there and wave at him through the window, but he doesn't live near me.
'Windows' wave
