We are currently trying to find an alternative treatment plan for our Brother who has eseosopogeal cancer, having had FLOT and radiotherapy that have proved unsuccessful to date with the cancer spreading to other areas, we are desperate to find other answers. He is about to start a new form of Chemo but we are searching for a plan B or C etc. We have contacted Oncologica regarding their oncofocus test, however we want to find some legitimate case studies before going down this route. Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi and welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to hear that the treatments your brother has had so far have not stopped the cancer from spreading so it's no wonder that you're looking for answers.
I haven't used Oncologica but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies. If you type 'Oncologica' or 'oncofocus' into the search bar in this group you'll see a few posts which mention it including this one from one of the cancer information nurses. However, the reply is nearly two years old so the information might not be entirely up to date.
