Hi I'm not sure where to start but I lost my mum 3 days ago to primary oesophagus cancer and secondary peritoneal watching my mum suffer for the last 12 weeks with back pain and stomach pain this totally destroyed me and despite that I made a promise to my mum I would hold her hand until she took her last breath which I did I love my mum so much and feel I will never be the same again I am not sleeping or coping with losing my mum at all how do people ever come to terms with losing there beautiful mums x

I'm so very sorry to hear that you've just lost your beautiful mum to cancer. It must be incredibly hard for you just now.
Could I suggest that you join the bereaved family and friends group where you can share your feelings with others who have lost a loved one and support each other. Clicking on the link I've created will take you there.
