Hi Donna, I have just seen your post and although I don't have any answers, I wanted you to know if you need to offload, chat, whatever, I am here.  My husband was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and has since started chemo, then the plan is operation and more chemo. I really hope things start moving forward for you very soon, I am sending a virtual hug and positive vibes and don't ever apologise for the way you feel, we've all been there. X

Thankyou for your reply ,i really hope that your husband gets through his journey with as little or no side effects from chemo as poss ,i hope to get to the stage of operation as well albeit a huge one but that is my goal at mo .i have a very good friend who is helping me through this i couldnt do it without her but seeing how this is affecting her and my family is really tough too bear ,i hope you have a good support network round you as well ,as i think sometimes its harder for the loved ones supporting the person with cancer than it is for the pt themselves

all the best to your husband and youself sending you both hugs
