Hiya everyone ,
just to keep people in the loop. My husband had the Ivor Lewis op on the 2nd June . The surgeon said it was the size of a small football. Husband spent 11 days in hospital. Zero complications. He is eating small meals as often as possible . Very soft food. His personality is certainly different and he's much more quiet ️
Occasional stomach ache
Seeing his surgeon on the 11th and then his oncologist I imagine .
Tiff xx
That’s great news thanks for letting us know !! Blimey small football !!! Glad it went well and he’s home eating !! Just goes to show what can be achieved if you don’t take no for an answer xx
