Hi all. Hope anyone reading this is doing as well as you can be to be on the forum. Just wondering for anyone who is undergoing chemo or radiotherapy if you take any probiotics ?? My mum has received a partial diagnosis and I’m just doing all the research I can. I know opinions are divided as to if pre and pro biotics help at all but I just said I’d check if anyone has used them and find they help ? Thanks

I am sorry to hear that your Mum has had a partial diagnosis of cancer and it is natural to have lots of questions and to need more information.
Perhaps give the Support Line a call and speak to one of the nurses who will be able to confirm if it is safe for Mum to use probiotics.
You could also post this in the Ask a Nurse section. You should get a response within 3 days.
