Hi, my husband has just had his second round of chemo. He noticed after the first round that he had a throat 'tickle' and was bringing up phlegm very regularly, especially following food (swallowing pots of Ensure). Second round four days ago and even more phlegm being produced. We think it's because the tumour (at the base of the oesophagus at the stomach junction) is degrading. Can anyone with any experience of this confirm, or otherwise? Phlegm is definitely not infected (it was tested),
Thanks in advance.
Sally
