Hi Anyone have any experience of Docetaxel chemo?
My husband has recurrence of oesophageal cancer in 2 gastric lymph nodes.
He had cisplatin and Capecitabine tablets between Nov 22 and Jan 23 but kept having mini strokes so they stopped it, scan showed it had shrunk things by nearly 50% so gave him 2 months off. Rescanned and grown straight back.
So now he's just had his first infusion of Docetaxel (3rd line chemo) day after he was ok but in last 4 days he's become groggy and so tired, more so than he was before, can hardly keep his eyes open.
Does anyone have any experience of Docetaxel and did you suffer extreme fatigue?
