Wow! I am so happy to hear this! My dad was diagnosed in June. He's 63. He is unoperable, as its spread to his femur in his leg and its possibly on his lung. Is heartbreaking watching this strong man turn to someone so fragile, he's lost about 4 stone. He has no appetite and suffers with bad.stomach cramps. I feel like we're losing him and so helpless.  I didn't know that cancer could dissappear if unoperable? I thought you had to have surgery to get rid of it. 

Amazing news though lovely, I bet you're both over the moon.
