Can my dad take aloe Vera juice? Just checking it’s safe with him starting treatment soon. I’ve read it’s good for cancer and also good for constipation. Any other tips on keeping him in good health will be greatly appreciated x

My chief tip on anything like this would be to talk to his oncology team as they will likely know of any potential interactions with any treatment.
