I have had 30 treatments of radiotherapy and 2 chemotherapy finishing August 20 2021. My throat was completely closed, so, cancer gone for now but throat badly scared. A rendezvous procedure was carried out to facilitate throat dilation, 4 dilations later and still I can’t swallow even water, next dilation on 17th May. I am told this will be opened to 20millimetres. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I was a very fit 70yr old man. I live in hope!
