Hi. I have recently completed a 4 session course of FLOT chemotherapy and had the CT scan several days ago. I have been on Fresubin feed via NG tube since diagnosis last May. A few weeks back I found I could take small amounts of fluid by mouth and tried Cup A Soups To break the monotony of the bag feed. I have always produced high amounts of Salivar and often had to spit out into a bowl. Over the past few days I am producing mega amounts and having to spit out every few seconds and often reaching and bringing up from the stomach. I am trying some medication supplied by the Chemo department "Metoclopramide" which does not seem to be very effective. Oddly enough it all seems to stop once I go to bed and restarts about half hour after getting up next morning. I shall learn the results of my scan in a couple of days and a bit worried what they might reveal. My future appointments are with the surgeons at Addenbrookes' hospital end November. Anyone here on this forum had similar experiences I would be very happy to read them and give me some re-assurance.
