Hi Xela,
I have oesophageal cancer that had spread out into my stomach and lymph nodes, I had chemo first which for me wasn't too bad, then surgery then chemo again. 2nd chemo was harder to take but all done now. Things looking good. Just take things a day at a time, don't think too far ahead and stay positive
Good luck
Hi Xela
Thank you for taking the time to post here, it can be such a difficult thing to do, but you have come to the right place, there are many here who can share their thoughts and experiences.
Can you share a little more of your diagnosis, do you know which type of Oesophageal tumour you have? Chemo and then an Op sounds really positive as to me it sounds that they have caught this at a good time.
You will see many stories from people who have had surgery and I am sure they will be along soon to share those stories with you.
Good Luck
