Optune customer service

My sister in law used the Optune device for a little over one month. Her decision was to discontinue. When we called the representative who had delivered the device and given us the training Josh said we were on our own to pack up the equipment and ship it back. I find this lack of courtesy and professionalism to be bush league.

    That certainly doesn't sound like very good customer service. We all want to be treated professionally and I'm sure your sister could have done without the hassle of having to sort this out herself.

    As she is discontinuing this form of treatment does your sister's oncologist have another treatment for her to try? I'm not a member of this group but I'm sure those that are will be only to willing to talk to you about any other form of treatment your sister might be having.

    Another group which you might want to join is the family and friends group as it's a safe and supportive place to share your worries and concerns with others who have a loved one living with cancer. If you want to join just click on the link I've created.
