Hi all...hope everyone is doing ok️
I'm back as I'm not sure, but it looks like my Lymphoma is back it's just a guess but the signs are there. I won't be going to the family Doc til October as I also have something on the back of my neck and boob..
The lymphoedema is getting painful and I'm trying to keep active, to try and bring down the swelling in my leg and sitting for any length of time really aches..
I'm also worried about my sister as we already had my brother die from the evil disease not too long ago. This would be a double whammy if I find out the cancer is back...
I hope you don't mind me ranting but don't have any one to talk with...
Blessings

Hi Debs TKjedi and yes this is a safe place to rant and clear your mind.
Sorry to hear about your brother….. cancer can have a devastating effect in the family.
As to your concerns about a possible relapse…… the advice my hospital team always gave me (I relapsed multiple times) was “…..call us as we would rather tell you things are ok than play catch up as things had developed”
((Hugs))
Hi Clecker aka Carl
Thanks for the kind words...I'm not a big poster myself, being posting on here has helped. Talking with others who know what I'm going through...
I have to put up with my right leg swelling up so I look a little off balance! I hope things improve for you..
Regards
Debs aka TKjedi
Hi Debs
I'm pretty new to this but have gone through chemo and am now waiting to see how long remission lasts. I keep an eye out for any signs so I know how distressing it is.
There's not much I can do or say to help but just know that others are thinking about you and hoping for the best.
Regards, Cormac
Hi cormac,
Thanks for your kindness... it's just so frustrating as you know, thinking you might be ok, then finding out that you have to go back for more stuff!
Making a call for an appointment would just bring it into reality and I don't feel ready to go just yet, but I know it has to be soon...
Kindest regards

Hi Cazzita25
Many thanks for your kind words...
I just had the CT scans done yesterday with my local hospital, so I hope it will show why and if I have cancer for sure as it's the not knowing is the worst symptom to have..
I went on Monday for a routine checkup with my Doc, but my veins made a retreat and no matter how many times the nurse tried no blood would come out..so I have to go back today and have them try again!
Fun and games as usual!
I hope you are doing ok️
