Hi all,
Going on this Thursday for a PET CT scan to find out if my Lymphoma has changed..
Have to say I'm feeling a little scared..not knowing what the outcome is or how I will feel if I have to go through radiology again...either way I must feel better than I am now. Moving ahead as I know better the journey I'm on...
Having had many challenging scan results over my 23 years with my type of NHL I learned that I could throw all the stress and worry at the outcome of scans and in reality it made no difference to outcomes…… I also realised very quickly that I had to keep myself physically and mentally well especially if I had relapsed again….. and indeed I relapsed many times but I am still here doing great.
Let’s look for some positive news for you.
Many thanks..
They actually got the needle in first time for a change...but boy, did it hurt!
Sorry to hear that it hurt, it’s rather a lottery at times as you how good the staff are.
Yup...
The guy I had Jack was brill. Had him during my treatments so trusted him a lot. Will find out what's happening in couple of weeks, so again waiting...sigh!...lol
Hope you have a good weekend Mike...
