Hey all,
My wife has NHL follicular lymphoma. She has been on watch and wait for almost a year now. Her blood work has always come back fine and she has no B type symptoms but the lymph nodes that are palatable on her neck and groin area are noticeably bigger. Is this common? We are trying to get to her doctor, but it's going to be a while and I'm just worried.
Thanks,
R.
Hi I had a different type of NHL but was basically on W&W for 14 years
My Lymph-nodes fluctuated in size a lot and these were mostly down to low level infections but do push for an appointment and in the meantime try to monitor if they are changing ‘up or down’ and look out for any other symptoms.
I have now been on watch and wait for almost three years. My nodes in my neck go up and down. My haematologist said to look out for them getting to golf ball size in a few weeks. If they do to get in touch immediately
Hi i have the same type stage 2 as 2 groin lymph nodes bo symptoms and on watch and wait diagnosed in Feb this year. My nodes swell up every now and then like egg shaoed then few days /weeks later smaller not a clue why it happens but for me seems when i do too much as even tho on wandw i get fatigue some days low energy but sounds similar hope that helps x
